Description & Requirements

Reporting into the Lead- Shopper Marketing- the “Marketing Associate- SMK” will work collaboratively to develop partnerships with the Customer Business Teams and their Customers. The position of Associate Shopper Marketing Manager is unique in its interaction with the Customer- Sales Force- Kraft Heinz Marketing Teams and external agencies. You will be responsible for leading customer-specific marketing initiatives within select Customer Business Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead- develop and execute customized & strategic marketing plans to achieve Customer Business Team objectives- including improving top-line growth and deliver bottom line targets
  • Lead Omnichannel marketing leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels to provide a consistent brand experience to customers
  • Leverage shopper and consumer insights linked to customer strategies to develop customized programming
  • Responsible for performance evaluation of shopper marketing activations to demonstrate Return on Investment to drive continuous improvement for future programming
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to deliver omnichannel execution
  • Develop and communicate sales and execution standards for each respective shopper marketing program to the Field Sales Team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s (preferred)
  • Bilingual
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing/ shopper marketing/omnichannel and proven experience effectively working directly with field sales & customer teams is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Must be able to work in a matrix environment- able to collaborate cross functionally and be a strong team player
  • Thrives in ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Outstanding computer skills required including Excel- Word- and PowerPoint/ability to distil data into actionable insights is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team
