We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Marketing at Kraft Heinz! As a Marketing intern, you will be dealing with customer insights, innovative projects, product launches, intra-communication between the different marketing teams and effective product strategies.

The positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

Depending on your profile, your experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our Marketing leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams:

  • Sauces
  • Drinks
  • Brunch
  • Meals

If you have a preference, please let us know, and this will be respected as much as possible.

Responsibilities and tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • Participating in and personal responsibility within various projects (such as brand activations) of one of our famous brands such as Heinz, Karvan Cévitam, Honig, Venz or De Ruijter (close collaboration with teams such as Sales, Finance and R&D).
  • Contribute to major country product launches and campaigns within one of the many Marketing teams mentioned above.
  • Setting up and implementing packaging optimizations.
  • Maintain and develop the content creation of social media channels for the brands within the Marketing teams.
  • Develop new communication materials for our world-famous brands.
  • Develop and run activation on shop floor (inside supermarkets) and online in co-operation with the Sales department.
  • Assessing new packaging ideas and innovation for their profitability and sustainability
  • Support with daily activities, the development of analyzes, websites, online activations, promotions, and packaging.

Qualifications:

Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s.
  • You have good knowledge of English and Dutch, both written and spoken. DUTCH LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE A BIG PLUS!
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you are an EU citizen, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

  • Communication Skills: You’ll be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different collaborators.
  • Curiosity, positivity & enthusiasm: You’re curious, positive, and enthusiastic. People know you as the driver of the team.
  • Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to implement fast. This will be highly appreciated, especially when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
  • Analytical: We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mentality.
  • Confident: Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.

What we offer you:

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

Hybrid Policy:
