About the Position

Kraft Heinz is on a journey to double our international Foodservice business over the next 5 years and Northern Europe plays a key role in transforming our footprint in this space. The Foodservice landscape is going through the most remarkable change of a generation- driven by the acceleration of delivery- digital- ecomm and new channels over the last three years.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our N Europe Foodservice Leadership team- as the Foodservice Marketing Lead – reporting into the Head of Foodservice for Northern Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and collaborative individual to help drive a transformation in the way consumers experience our brand out-of-home- including but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with the N. Europe Marketing Team and Culinary lead to identify and activate Foodservice initiatives that will accelerate trial and recognition for our strategic battlegrounds whilst delivering positive consumer experiences (e.g. Food events- virtual stores- LTO activation- customer partnerships- menu & merchandise branding)
  • Develop a pipeline of sales-driving trade marketing activities to support growth of KHC products in wholesale / e-wholesale (e.g. Digital advertising- loyalty programmes- website)
  • Co-ordinate with the International FS marketing team to ensure communication and execution of key zone marketing initiatives with the UK
  • Management of the Foodservice Marketing budget- able to do more with less whilst ensuring appropriate resource allocation for growth driving activities
  • Own the relationship with Design- PR and Insight agencies- ensuring delivery of cost-effective- high impact content and insights
  • Drive the N. Europe FS innovation agenda leveraging a wide source of insights to inform our innovation pipeline and ensure long-term menu relevancy for our products
  • Lead a team of three (1 x Innovation Manager- 1 x Brand Manager- 1 x Junior Brand Manager)- providing them with guidance and coaching on their work- prioritising and delegating effectively across the team to maximise support and customer impact

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree- master’s degree preferred
  • Fluency in English is crucial
