About the Position

We're looking for an experienced Marketing professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role lies within the International Sauces team structure and reports to the VP Sauces International. You’ll be working in an impactful team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior collaborators. The delivery of the strategy- building brands- shaping the innovation pipeline and developing comms for multi sub-categories within the Sauces portfolio will be your primary responsibility.

In addition- you will be responsible for:

  • Unlocking multi-category growth ambition and strategy
  • Building new brands: strategic positioning- portfolio architecture- renovation & innovation pipeline- breakthrough communications
  • Collaborating with- and influencing cross-functional teams and local markets across the International zone
  • Leading a team of 2 Brand Managers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required- MSc or MBA helpful
  • Marketing experience in a similar role- ideally within top class FMCG min 10 years and/or start-ups
  • Experience collaborating across International markets and leading multi-country transformational growth initiatives
  • People leadership experience to grow and coach an empowered team
  • Business proficient in English
