About the role:

KraftHeinz has been going through a transformation in recent times to accommodate the rapidly changing landscape.  This will be brought to life by our Marketing team- and we want to ensure that we have both the right structure and people- in place. Kraft Heinz ANZ is one of our largest and most important markets due to its size and iconic brands. We have some of the largest marketing budgets- and we support our local jewels.

Reporting into the Marketing PMO Lead- this role will have ownership over implementing New Product Development (NPD) projects from Concept Design to Commercialisation & Launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within target timeframes
  • Build and maintain detailed plans & timelines
  • Identify potential risks and propose contingency plans
  • Run project meetings and regular team check-ins
  • Tracking and reporting on progress at regular intervals
  • Manage owners of deliverables to ensure activity completion
  • Present on project status to senior leaders and broader project team
  • Develop stage & gate submissions and project recommendations
  • Support Brand team project pipeline development

About you:

  • Robust project management skills and understanding of Marketing Projects- Innovation and New Product Development (NPD)
  • Experience in NPD Stage Gate- project management methods- tool and processes
  • Understanding of MS Project- Rapid & Agile systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business- marketing or related discipline
  • Previous project management experience and/or formal project management qualifications
  • Ability to build consensus through strategic vision and outstanding verbal- written- and interpersonal communication skills
