About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Services professional to join Kraft Heinz as a valued member of the International Marketing Excellence function. As a Marketing Services Excellence Manager- you will drive strategic effectiveness- quality- agility and speed in marketing excellence projects across the international zone- through effective collaboration- excellent implementation- best-practice sharing- and accurate budget management. You will be also accountable for setting Ways of Working aligned with the International Zone "Freedom within the Framework" agency ecosystem governance- maximising project management process across KHC IZ via multi-market programs. You will participate in the implementation of InStore Excellence in KHC IZ and will have an opportunity to lead a zone-wide relationship with core agency partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement IZ agency ecosystem Freedom-within-Framework strategy
  • Lead and manage IZ-wide partnerships with external agencies (HH Global- Hogarth- Forrester- Monotype- REvaluation)
  • Complete regular reverse appraisal for core agency partners
  • Develop and lead InStore Excellence Roadmap across IZ
  • Manage IZ-wide relationship with HH Global
  • Develop & deliver next stage operating model for InStore Excellence
  • Expand the scope of HH Global to implement the preferred agency model
  • Drive visibility and ROI on InStore- Trade- FoodService- Commercial Activation / Brand Promotion
  • Partner with ESG- Sales- Marketing- Procurement organizations across the Zone to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Evolve Sustainability agenda for InStore- Trade- FoodService- Commercial Activation
  • Drive best-practice sharing via Marketing Services Intranet page with core resources and inspiration bites
  • Manage Marketing Services Budget

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant subject
  • Upwards of 5 years working experience within an International Organisation preferably within a Food / CPG / Retail environment
  • 3+ years’ experience of project management and team management- with understanding of how complex process and systems may be used with agility
  • Experience of working with multi-market- multi-brand organizations
  • High level of numerical & analytical capability and eye for business coupled with ability to work with multiple data sources and multi-layered analysis
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills to influence and lead multiple partners across all levels of the organization
  • Efficient at planning with an excellent sense of prioritization and highly organized
  • Great teammate and a self-starter- curious to learn and implement new- transformative ways of working- driving strategic alignment across organization
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
