About the Position

At Kraft Heinz- Media Planning and Strategy play a massive role in the success of our advertising. As a Media Manager- you will be the in-house expert responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of our media- supporting the entire Kraft Heinz product portfolio in Middle East & Africa.

Your role
•Work with brand managers to develop and deliver effective- efficient- and innovative media plans for our campaigns across all channels.
•Create the annual test and learn plan focusing on performance optimization and innovation.
•Own the annual communication calendar – working with brand managers to create a single consumer view.
•Support creating the Kraft Heinz data strategy- leveraging data to deliver more relevant communications through digital media.
•Bring our new consumer segmentation to the heart of our media plans.
•Design & Guide Influencers collaboration strategy & guidelines
•Develop our approach to measurable performance marketing –linking to our E-Comm platforms. 
•Evolve and maintain strategic relationships with key media partners- e.g.- Google- Meta- TikTok & Teads

What you bring
•7+ years of experience with media– either at an agency or social/digital media– with knowledge of traditional and digital media
•Experience bringing consumer segmentations to life through media
•Understanding of the importance of data and targeting in advertising- and experience building a data strategy
•A good understanding of media & marketing theory and how brands grow
•A passion for digital media and the evolving media landscape. 
•An entrepreneurial mindset – think of solutions to problems outside the box
•Curiosity – always ask Why? and What next? How can we do better?
•Relationship building skills – bring together and inspire agencies and cross-business teams
•Critical thinking - equally passionate about the data and targeting as the creative
•Resourcefulness - doing more with less
•Organizational skills - comfortable managing budgets and annual campaigns
