About the Role

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, this role plays a vital part in the management of the Coles Account for Kraft Heinz. The NAE will support the team of NAMs and play a key role in reporting, forecasting, claims and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National Account Managers in the development and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans.
  • Manage key weekly and monthly reporting routines for the account team.
  • Drive central implementation of core sales processes (including category and range reviews, and competitor pricing information packs for key launches).
  • Develop, negotiate and implement effective promotional activity which forms part of the account planning process.
  • Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through effective collaboration with the category and marketing teams.
  • Submit sales forecast along with assumptions for sign off at monthly demand meetings.

About You

  • Previous experience in FMCG sales, category or relevant account management disciplines highly regarded.
  • A can-do attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team.
  • Desire to learn.
