About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a passionate and experienced eCommerce individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Ecommerce account manager Amazon and omnichannel customers position lies within the UK eCommerce team. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You are passionate about building brands in the digital world- you know how to win the online shopper and growth the business with online customers and specifically with Amazon. You’ll be reporting into the Head of eCommerce UK&I. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external stakeholders. Growing our business in partnership with Amazon will be your main responsibility. You will also support our customer team to drive online growth with omnichannel customers.

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Managing the Amazon account (70% of your time)

  • You will accelerate our existing business with Amazon to drive profitable and sustainable growth and building a strong partnership

  • You will strategically select the right range for each Amazon channel- ensuring that we have the right sku mix for each channel

  • You will build a long-term strategy to drive our business using data and insights and drive more visibility for our products

  • You will have the ability to create and deliver a profitable change- within a balanced business plan- to achieve customer category targets and Kraft Heinz strategies.

  • You will manage the business interface between Amazon in all aspects of the customers and category

  • You will Provide support to our customer team to grow our online business with omnichannel customers (30%)

  • You’ve completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

  • You are or you have been working with Amazon in the past

  • You possess strong customer relationship management skills

  • You excel in managing complexity across multiple departmental functions and channels

  • You have amazing analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions

  • You are commercially and financially astute

  • You possess the ability to make commercial decisions based on judgement- often under significant time pressure

  • You have a strong creative thinking- and the ability to test and learn fast
