About the role

We have a great opportunity to join our retail sales team in Melbourne. You will have direct responsibility for the account management of specific categories on the Woolworths account.

  • Develop- optimize and build relationships between Woolworths & Kraft Heinz- developing and executing joint sales and marketing plans that deliver a win for the Consumer- Category and the Customer 
  • Customer focused- the NAM will need to build strong relationships with multiple touch points within Woolworths including Category Managers- Heads of Trade- Category Planning and Demand
  • Achieve Sales & profit targets while managing D&A in line with targets
  • Build Customer plans that are integrated with the Brand plans and deliver a benefit for the Consumer- Category- Customer and Kraft Heinz
  • Deliver insight led category workshops and category reviews with Woolworths
  • Negotiating promotional program including deals- frequency- display- catalogue / TV support and stock allocations
  • Executing tailored NPD launch plans
  • Activating plans instore by arming the field team with the tools to execute effectively
  • Establish & foster relationships with key stakeholders internally & with Woolworths


About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline
  • Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer
  • Preferably to have experience working with Woolworths or another large retailer
  • Demonstrated account management and/or category management knowledge and experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and financial skills
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Availability to travel interstate regularly
