About the Role

The National Execution Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing profitable top-line growth by maximizing the efficiency of field resources. They lead a dedicated team, work closely with external partners to develop and implement a strong Route-to-Market strategy, and are responsible for key projects that are essential for improving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Execution

  • Relationship Management of the retail merchandising provider/s
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales Team to align field team efforts with key objectives.
  • Lead presentations to wider commercial functions to showcase impact the field execution teams are having on activation specific campaigns plus overall results.
  • Support the development of retail specific activation plans, including but not limited to NPD launches, range optimization and execution of shelf layouts, with timely communication and involvement of all stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Lead the tracking of sales performance metrics of the field team through the “Perfect Store” model, ensuring key reports and trackers provide visibility to the AU field team.
  • Monitor store performance over time and provide briefings to third-party vendors that help shape how we go forward in future months and how we continuously improve our execution strategy.

About You

  • 4yrs+ category development and/or sales experience: Ideally FMCG is desired.
  • Field experience is strongly valued.
  • Ability to interpret data and derive recommendations which will drive volume
  • Well-developed presentation confidence and professionalism to deal with high profile internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • A high level of initiative and solution focused creativity.
