About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Sales Professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. The position is the National Sales Manager- for wholesale and retail. You’ll be reporting into Head of Sales- Egypt. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Sales target and building category fundamentals through distribution and visibility will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within international zone.

In brief- you will be responsible for;

Distributor Operations Management; ways of working- P&L management- target setting & investment tracking

  • Analyzing the distributor/Customers’ sales/distribution performance and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses on regional/trade channel levels and recommend the plans to cover those weakness areas.
  • Creating an annual sales Plan to grow sales/distribution within different trade channels and regions within your scope.
  • Managing the distributors P&L to ensure we have a win-win partnership with the distributors/Customers.

Strategic Planning: Long Term Joint Business Plans on yearly basis and short term goal setting. Having clear understanding of Market dynamics- TT channel mechanisms- growth opportunities

  • Leading a Joint Business Plan process with the distributors/MT customers to deliver the KPIs agreed on in terms of sales/profitability and building brand distribution/sales growth.
  • Managing the Wholesale channel and recommending trade drives to build distribution and grow sales.
  • Managing the small/medium groceries channel and recommend distribution drives for distribution build up.
  • Recommending visibility plans for Key retail and apply the JBP process with the top distributor customers.
  • Delivering monthly/annual sales target and distribution targets.

Leadership Capabilities: to grow KHC teams and well as distributor workforce   

  • Grow the capabilities of KHC sales team and being a role model for the unit managers.
  • Build the distributor capabilities and ensure that KHC Rituals & Routines are mirrored on the distributor operations.


Hard Skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant field
  • 10+ years of Sales management experience in fast moving consumer goods with a good track in managing people (with minimum 6 years in traditional trade)
  • Strong Distributor management experience as well as negotiation skills
  • Proven experience of leading big teams and developing them
  • Strong sales fundamentals and route to market experience
  • Strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
