About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Commercial and Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The New Ventures - Head of Platform (innovation- marketing- P&L) lies within the UK business in the New Ventures division- reporting into Head of New Ventures. You’ll be leading a vertical in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders- external agencies and customers. The end-to end ownership and delivery of New Ventures breakthrough innovation and strategy will be your primary responsibility. You will be responsible for leading and delivering the New ventures pipeline with customers and consumers- doing the job of a category and brand owner and having P&L responsibility.

Platform Lead
In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Building a new business platform for Kraft Heinz to deliver long-term strategy and breakthrough innovation to accelerate growth for the Northern-Europe business
  • Leading comms delivery (creative and media) for breakthrough innovation
  • Leading a team of motivated category & brand owners to deliver against your strategy
  • Leveraging insights to address consumer pain-points and drive consumer-first solutions
  • End-to-end business management- including full P&L responsibility and project commercialisation
  • Building relationships and collaboration with senior cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement across extended business
  • Defining new governance structures and business processes to allow for agile innovation
  • Full ownership of P&L- RGM and finance
  • Delivering sales with the support of our sales organization
  • Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team
  • Supply accountability with the support of collab managers and supply teams
  • Commercial strategy and implementation

Qualifications


Hard Skills

  • Education: BSc/BA required- MSc preferred
  • MBA desired
  • Work Experience:
    • Proven progression in a commercial setting and marketing functions
    • Track record of delivery of new business models and disruptive innovation
    • 3+ years of managerial experience
    • Experience working in venture building or startup factory desired but not necessary 
  • Knowledge: 8-10 years of FMCG experience (marketing- commercial- sales- finance- experience)
  • Language Knowledge: Business proficient English
