About the position:

The Product & Portfolio Development Lead sits within the Kraft Heinz Innovation Team and reports to the Head of New Ventures.

This role has been created to drive our innovation development to the next level and will play a key role in turnkey initiatives into unique products and services that will delight millions of consumers. 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing the innovation process end-to-end- bringing solutions to life by leading the product briefing- taste profile- claims- ingredients and nutritional profile- quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead the cross-functional team execution through the development process for all the New Ventures projects

  • Lead packaging development and supply chain set-up

  • Drive transformation in mindset across a multi-functional team and implement changes in the Product Development execution

  • Manage and Inspire cross-functional teams and 3rd party suppliers with strong levels of collaboration and strategic thinking

Soft Skills

  • Strong project management & organizational skills to track resources and timelines 

  • Great at translating complex problems into actions. You have a doer mentality and are used to problem solving on your own and to transform organizations

  • Resilience combined with emotional intelligence to build collaborative powerful relationships


  • 6-8 years of work experience in a Product Development/ R&D role
