Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for a result-driven Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in our R&D department in PMO at Kraft Heinz. You will be supporting the International Headquarters for external factories and suppliers while developing to your fullest potential within this internship.  

The Positions  

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills- gain real business experience- get exposure to senior leadership and attend tailored training. As an intern- you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.  

Responsibilities and tasks throughout the various roles can include: 

Governance/Process management:  

  • Supporting project management operations in managing the category/innovation program. 

  •  Maintaining Training platforms: Ensuring correctness and completeness of documents and trainings

  • Data analysis and management - ensuring data quality: conducting regular data checks- cleaning- and reporting (data management and analysis) 

Internal Communications:

  • Stakeholder Management: frequent touchpoints with partners to engage them in the project execution process 

  • Supporting users of the ProjectNow system: answering questions- offering training- and following up with decision-makers. 

  • Assisting with preparation of meetings and training: helping with material preparation (such as PowerPoint)- creating surveys- sending invitations- taking attendance- etc. 

Qualifications: 

Job requirements: 

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.  

  • You are at the end of your bachelor- or in your master’s degree: 

  • Education: Business administration- Communications- or Project management 

  • You have good knowledge of the English language- both written and spoken.  

  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship- or you are studying in the Netherlands). 

  • Kraft Heinz does NOT provide a working Visa

Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz- you’ll easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it’s important you have excellent communication skills- to deal with all kinds of different partners.

Project management skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized- structured- and know-how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.  

Team player: Achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best. You are sometimes a leader- sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.

  • Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs- 5 days)

Hybrid Policy
