Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.

The Sales Finance position lies within the French Finance function. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

You’ll be reporting into the CFO France with exposure to senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include planning & forecasting- financial analysis of key drivers & analysis of financial viability and delivery successful promo plans and of the AOP within 2 channels. 

You’re focused on a customer level to oversee the full P&L- providing strategic & operational support to the Sales team.

What you will do:

  • Leading a team of 2 analysts while overseeing a team of 9 Key Account Managers. 

  • Taking charge of financial analysis within 2 channels (Retail and Foodservice)- including tasks such as financial modeling- assessising promotional strategies and their impact- conducting scenario analysis- identifying variances from forecasts- and implementing a structured joint business plan.

  • Focusing on promo invoicing- managing accruals- balancing deductions- and providing daily Sales support.

  • Proactively enhanching the financial performance of customers by highlighting improvement opportunities (e.g.- optimal price/product mix).

  • Partnering with Key Account Managers and Account Directors to develop and validate sales forecasts- highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • Promoting financial awareness- fostering understanding of financial systems- and instilling ownership of all relevant financial metrics within the customer team.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Business Administration- Economics- Finance- Engineering- or a related quantitative field.

  • +5 years of work experience.

  • Experience in leading a team.

  • Very good proficency in Excel.

  • Prior experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.

  • Valid EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included).
