About the Role

The Timekeepr role will be part of the King Street factory team- positioned within the Production team.  The role will be located in New Zealand and will be responsible for acting as the guardian and subject matter expert in everything Time & Attendance for the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert in Time & Attendance and Kronos.

  • Be an enabler for Time & Attendance accuracy at a site level.

  • Drive engagement from the site to ensure Time & Attendance timelines are met as well as accurate information is submitted.

  • Provide visibility to leadership team on Time & Attendance critical metrics

  • Work closely with GBS to contribute and help drive payroll accuracy.

  • Organize and facilitate regular trainings on Time & Attendance

  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve our current processes.

  • Work closely with GBS and HR team to explain issues and trends and to provide root cause analysis when required

About You

  • Previous experience in any time & attendance tool

  • FMCG experience

  • Global shared service operational experience in an advantage

  • Strong strategic thinking and decision making

  • Strong analytical and information management analyses and interpretation ability.
