About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Commercial and Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Platform Growth Manager lies within the UK business. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the New Ventures Platform Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders- but also external agencies and customers. The delivery of New Ventures growth strategy and breakthrough innovation will be your primary responsibility. You will be in charge of growing the new ventures pipeline with customers and consumers- doing the job of a category and brand owner and having P&L responsibility.

Platform Growth Manager
In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting delivery of long-term strategy and breakthrough innovation to accelerate growth for the Northern-Europe business
  • Leveraging insights to address consumer pain-points and drive consumer-first solutions
  • Independent project management- including full P&L responsibility and project commercialisation
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners to drive engagement across extended business
  • Support in defining new governance structures and business processes to allow for agile innovation
  • Delivering sales with the support of our sales organization
  • Leading the categories and competitive analysis
  • Tracking the innovation and find ways to boost and growth it
  • Leading comms plans (creative and media) – fully responsible for it
  • P&L- RGM and finance
  • Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team
  • Supply accountability with the support of collab managers and supply teams
  • Commercial strategy and implementation

Qualifications


Hard Skills

  • Education: BSc/BA required- MSc preferred
  • MBA desired
  • Work Experience:
    • Proven progression in a commercial setting and marketing functions
    • Track record for supporting delivery of new business models and disruptive innovation
  • Knowledge: 6+ years of FMCG experience (marketing- commercial- sales- finance- experience)
  • Language Knowledge: Business proficient English
