Über die Position
Wir haben ab Mai 2024 eine spannende Möglichkeit für einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) HR & Recruiting bei Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf. In dieser Position berichtest du an den HR Business Partner. Hast du den Ansporn erste relevante Einblicke in HR administrative Prozesse, Recruiting und Mitarbeiter-Events zu erlangen? Strebst du danach, Neues zu lernen und eigenverantwotlich Projekte voranzutreiben ? Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben wie Zeugniserstellung, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Unterstützung im Bereich Datenschutz
- Unterstützung in den Bereichen Recruiting und Employer Branding: Screening von Bewerbungen, Terminvereinbarung, Planung von und Teilnahme an Karrieremessen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Praktikantenprogramms
- Organisation und Durchführung von CSR- und Mitarbeiter-Events
- Eigenständige Anfertigung von internen Company- Newslettern
Deine Qualifikationen
- Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich BWL, VWL o.ä. idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Psychologie, Personal oder Marketing
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Personalbereich wünschenswert
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft & Kommunikationsstärke
- MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
