Description & Requirements

Objetive:

Execute pricing strategy for each Brand/Category/SKU according with the marketing strategy to guarantee the correct positioning- sales growth and profitability targets 

  • Identify and map planed pricing positioning according with brand strategy to guarantee correct competitiveness 
  • Analyze and land brand strategy along with marketing team  
  • Define price distance vs main competitors  
  • Define price distance inside Kraft´s portfolios  
  • Frame product value chain to guarantee sales growth and profitability targets 
  • Define distance between sales channels  
  • Define suggested retail prices modeling profitability for each channel 
  • Define Volume/Profit SKU clusters to identify each client/channel strategy   
  • Present initiatives to sales team to improve mix  
  • Monitor Sell Out behavior to maintain positioning strategy   
  • Analyze sell out and Nielsen information  
  • Identify variances in Kraft´s strategy vs competition 
  • Present initiatives to sales team to mitigate variances   
  • Execute price increase to guarantee to maintain price positioning and profitability  
  • Analyze Macroeconomic forecasts  
  • Forecast costs increase 
  • Analyze and forecast category price increase in the whole market  
  • Defines new suggested retail prices modeling the whole value chain  
  • Communicate and assist sales team in the whole execution prosses with clients 

Competencies (experiences/ Education):  

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance- Economy- Marketing- of similar)  
  • ~ 3 years experience in financial areas- supporting sales decisions. 
  • Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities): 
  • Excel - Advanced 
  • English -  fluent 
  • Main skills: high analytics- clear communication- able to influence sales managers.
