Description & Requirements

  • 岗位职责
  • 负责完成或超过公司订立的目标门店店内销量、覆盖 、分销以及促销计划;
  • 确保自身按照覆盖计划拜访客户,严格执行手机系统要求,做好拜访记录,店内5P标准维护,及时上传公司及竞争对手最新促销活动执行图片。
  • 加强辖区内零售门店/餐饮门店/宝宝店的店内管理(店内5P标准、产品进场、促销活动);
  • 负责提高辖区内零售门店/餐饮门店/宝宝店的店内绩效表现,将会要求高级/客户经理或高级/城市经理、大区TM经理/大区NKA经理/分区导购督导及公司其他部门人员给予帮助来确保重点客户的行动计划得到有效执行;
  • 根据上级指导使用好各种生意发展基金(CDF/RDF),有效地使用促销品、陈列品资源;
  • 协助上级收集门店信息,收集客户数据和协助处理客户投诉。
