Description & Requirements

Position Summary

The Kraft Heinz North American Strategy & Transformation team is embarking on our next- exciting chapter- and we seek an intellectually curious- adventurous- and strategic leader to support our strategic transformation initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Change Management. This role will define measures to create awareness for initiatives and execute associated change management activities- such as stakeholder analyses- development of a change story- change impact assessment and communications planning. The Change Manager will support change management capability development across the organization by developing training- tools and resources to support teams executing change management plans for various initiatives.  

Primary Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops comprehensive change management programs being supported- led and/or tracked by the Strategy & Transformation Office (i.e.- communication strategy- change story- stakeholder mapping- change impact assessment- and leadership engagement plan capability building)
  • Developing Change narratives at a functional level across commercial and operations transformations for the zone.
  • Ensuring consistency in change stories created at various levels with in the Change Management chapter.
  • Supports the development of change management capability across the organization through training development and supporting initiative Change Leads
  • Defines and tracks KPIs to monitor progress of change within a broad range of the organization
  • Leads Change Management Community of Practice to ensure Zone wide focus on employee experience
  • Assisting the Head of Change Management towards the enterprise Change Management work.
  • Working and coaching functional leaders on effective change leadership to support transformational change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant change management or transformation experience- prior management consulting experience preferred. Experience in CPG or Food & Beverage a plus
  • Solid knowledge of tools and mechanisms to track impact of change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead others- and to work with minimal direction- with the proven ability to coordinate complex activities
  • Excellent problem solving- critical thinking- and communication skills
  • Proven experience in elevating and simplifying various specific change initiatives
  • Experience in a highly matrixed and complex environment
  • A compelling communicator and influencer; able to actively engage the attention of all collaborators- and articulate sophisticated change concepts in a polished and professional manner
  • Shown ability to work within highly confidential transformation initiatives with executive customers
