Description & Requirements

Reporting into the Head of Marketing FS&E- the Private Label PMO is the focal point of cross-functional coordination driving an array of projects for our partners inc. innovation launches- ESG initiatives and artwork refreshes.

This role requires someone with strong project management skills- demonstrated experience in process design- the ability to be collaborative and capable of initiating action- and the ability to effectively influence across senior levels of the business.

Position responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for the delivery of the commercial plan for Aldi and major retailer Private Label business.

  • Manage and own the customer PL product development process.

  • Mobilize and liaise the business around key PL tenders.

  • Manage and deliver the annual budget commitment for Private Label to hit sales and profit targets.

  • Develop private label projects by connecting customer needs and our capability & capacity.

  • Meeting key customer contacts and building relationships with them- understanding tender dates & customer requirements- timely submission of tenders with major retailers as well as end to end NPD management.

  • Manage innovation projects through all stages- demonstrating leadership and partnership across the project stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project meetings with the key functional leaders in attendance.

About you:

  • 2+ years Project management experience.

  • Experience within FMCG- Consumer Goods or similar industry.

  • Bachelor degree in Business- Commerce- Marketing or other relevant disciplines.

  • Ability to build consensus through strategic vision and outstanding verbal- written- and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships.

  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades- educates- and enhances understanding at all levels.
