About the Role:

KraftHeinz is seeking a Process Engineer to identify- initiate- and deliver Processing Engineering expertise and solutions that support Value Creation across yield- quality- food safety- and innovation. This role sits within our Research and Development team and will be responsible for developing a pipeline of Process Engineering enabled Value Creation opportunities that are aligned with Company and Cluster strategies.

Our ideal candidate is a leader who has demonstrated Project Management best practices to deliver projects with executional excellence and perform tasks in accordance with all Heinz Food Safety- Environmental- Health- and Safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and lead Process Engineering enabled Value Creation Projects.

    • Provide Process Engineering guidance to cross-functional Stakeholders and Value Creation R&D team.

    • Value Creation Execution (Deliver projects right first time on time with robust experimental design and effective project management skills).

    • Ensure KHC is at forefront of Process innovation aligned to Company strategy.

    • Support evolution and deployment of Value Creation Technology Platforms.

    About You:

    • Project Management experience.

    • Familiarity with and ability to work within manufacturing and Pilot Plant environment.

    • Process improvement and process development experience/expertise within Food Manufacturing / food product development Industry.

    • Computer skills including Excel- Word- Project Management tools- PowerPoint and key board skills.

    • Understanding of interactions between ingredients- additives- recipes- processes and packaging types.

    • Problem solving- analysis and attention to detail.
