Following a company sponsored Training Program effectively and efficiently operates, monitors, and troubleshoots. blending and batching equipment to produce ready to drink beverages in the Capri Sun Department. Note: Production targets are subject to and will change as it is the goal of the Granite City Plant to achieve “World Class Production Performance” Effective & efficient operation reflects maintaining an adequate supply of juice to the filling rooms at all times allowing for maximum operating line-speeds at the fillers. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities  

• Prepares blends in accordance with current recipes and processing procedures. 

• Performs the following Quality Checks: Brix and % acid every, finish pouch testing, 

• Water Testing calibrate fillers thermometers, Calibrate Refractometers, check first. 

• pouch production from fillers after each CIP, conduct chemical concentration checks, 

• HACCP filter checks. Additional checks may be required. 

• Collects samples as required. 

• CIP of processing system. Performs sanitation duties as assigned. 

• Obtain swab certification and collect swabs as needed. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Must have and maintain a good attendance record. 

• Must demonstrate mechanical competence. 

• Must be committed to TQR (Total Quality Responsibility) 

• Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. when required. 

• Must have good computer skills. 

• Must have good verbal skills. 

• Must possess the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
