Description & Requirements

Managing the procurement process for capital expenditures related to the company's infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.

Leading the procurement Capex process to develop, deploy, and monitor a long-term strategical procurement roadmap for Capex, through managing an annual budget for continuous improvement actions, and projects implementation of modelling, predictability, and controlling of cost of Capex.  Looking forward to achieving a better service level, building and maintain good and trustful relations with suppliers and engineering internal team.

Description & Requirements

  • Leading and facilitating the strategic sourcing process and Vendor Management.
  • Cost Analysis and Budgeting for capex.
  • Develop procurement strategies to allow the business to complete the projects on time.
  • Managing the risk and going a step forward in negotiation and work in the end-to-end process.
  • Process Improvement identifying opportunities of improving service level and savings, aligned with internal stakeholders, always resulting in the best solution for our business.
  • Strategic and financial responsibility of Capex portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, administration or equivalent.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Experience in project management.
  • +5 years of experience in Capex
  • Solid relevant experience in sourcing & purchasing.
  • Proven experience in planning and leading complex negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships & influence key decision makers internally & externally.
