Description & Requirements

The Product Designer is focused on all aspects of the design process- from research and ideation to delivering high quality interfaces across our digital consumer experiences. This individual will be excellent at visual design and is well versed in design systems thinking. You will create solutions that inspire- engage- and delight consumers while balancing product and business objectives 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with a team of product managers- designers- engineers- and product marketers to define- launch- and grow innovative digital solutions and platforms 

  • Work with your team to define problems- set and document initiatives- and facilitate discovery and ideation workshops 

  • Focus on the interaction design- usage- and outcomes of digital user interfaces. You will deliver journey maps- service blueprints- information architecture- user flows- and wireframes 

  • Design high-fidelity interfaces that convey the visual personality- user experience- and overall art direction of our digital experiences 

  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks 

  • Utilize and further enhance the team’s design system to ensure consistent and scalable solutions 

  • Lead consumer and market research to experiment against and optimize our digital experiences and innovations 

 

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite  

  • Proven ability to frame problems and solutions while balancing stakeholder needs and business objectives 

  • Passionate about creating clear- modern- and intuitive experiences 

  • You possess aesthetic sense and visual design skills with proficiency in typography- desktop and mobile UI- color- and iconography  

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 

  • Proactive- and a desire to learn and grow

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
