Description & Requirements

The Product Management team will own end to end outcomes for digital products that are intended to drive consumer engagement and deliver outstanding consumer experiences. They unite design- marketing- engineering- and data to deliver on the expected outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Lead a cross-functional squad of design- engineering- and marketing
  • Gather and synthesize market- customer- technology- and competitive research to identify product enhancements and new opportunities for innovation
  • Experience with the complete product development lifecycle in an agile environment- write product briefs and user stories- handle priorities- and actively develop and complete a data-driven product roadmap
  • Identify the biggest problems to solve. Drive new feature development from start to finish
  • Run user research- usability studies- data-driven experiments to inform product direction
  • Establish- monitor- and measure success metrics. Consistently integrate behavior data and user feedback into key product decisions.
  • Communicate product plans- benefits and results to all audiences

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of successfully launching and growing digital products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to excel in a collaborative- dynamic- and results-driven environment
  • A passion for user design and the impact it can have on user experiences
  • Knowledge of microservice architectures and platforms
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions while maintaining a user focus
