Description & Requirements

  • To develop product for category : Beverages or Food or Export- SEA- & White Space that coverage NPD- Line extension- Problem solving- Renovation (Value engineering & Quality improvement)
  • To design and develop process refer to ISM IPM requirement for any changes in the existing products to improve Plant’s efficiency or at co-packer’s facility

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree of Food Technology- Food Science- Chemical/Process/Food/Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 2 - 3  years related experience in FMCG especially in food / meat processing / beverages division
  • Well-known food additive usage- good sensory in taste- product analytical ability and Food processing- process simulation and design
  • Have a good knowledge in formulation- processing- Ingredients and characteristics of food products
  • Have a good understanding of HACCP- GMP- Food Safety and ISO 9001:2002
  • Good in English verbal and written
  • Have the ability to take initiative- to maintain confidentiality- to meet deadline and to work in a team environment essential
