Benefits & Compensation Overview:

  • 10 hours/day  - 30 hours per week on the first month during training/probationary period
  • $2500 Sign on Bonus

Job Overview:

Under the direction of the supervisor- this person would perform various job tasks in various departments. In cooperation with the line crew- this position supports production operations.  This includes responsibility and authority to achieve cost- quality- safety- morale- and service objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Place components of meat- cheese- crackers- and treats in individual trays
  • Perform period cleaning duties as dictated by the period cleaning schedule
  • Cleaning of equipment according to all Kraft sanitation guidelines. 
  • Provide assistance on changeovers of equipment.
  • Perform various housekeeping duties including sweeping- emptying trashcans- paper wagons- and trash wagons.
  • Keep the work area in a clean and orderly fashion.  Adhere to all Company and Garland Plant GMPs along with rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for compliance with the safety policy and accident prevention and compliance programs.
  • This person has the responsibility to operate under the Kraft Heinz Safety Values.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental policies- procedures- and compliance programs.
  • Work toward achieving an injury-free environment.
  • Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards- injuries/illnesses- and other losses to supervisors.
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules- operating and maintenance instructions- and procedures
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Ability to apply logical understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written- oral- or diagram form
