Project Financial Analyst
We are seeking a motivated junior finance talent to join our IT ERP Deployment & Governance Team as a Project Financial Analyst, reporting into the Sr. Manager, IT - ERP Budget & Spend Management . In this role, you will support various projects within our Global SAP S/4 HANA Transformation by controlling the spend and managing governance of multi-million-dollar investments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in IT, Finance & GBS by managing project financials, including actuals allocation and forecasting.
What's on the menu?
Develop and maintain Cashflow forecast, and track spend against capital budget allocation.
Monitor ongoing YTG forecast as well as any additional/unbudgeted expense and review with Project Manager.
Enter goods receipts and follow-up on expected recharges prior to period end close. Review actuals during period close and ensure all expected charges have been booked.
Understand details of CapEx, OpEx and ZBB per accounting guidelines.
Submission of contracts and statements of work to Procurement for approvals and PO processing.
Obtain approvals for invoices received and process for payment. Follow-up with vendors on timely invoice submission.
Facilitate strategic long-term planning and subsequent year’s budget.

I have graduated with a degree in Business, Accounting or similar.
I possess strong skill proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
I possess a thorough understanding of CapEx and OpEx accounting and policies.
I have experience in developing and maintaining a Cashflow forecast.
I have experience in tracking actual spend against forecasted budget and identifying variances.
I have proven ability to meet monthly financial deadlines.
I possess a high attention to detail.
I have experience working in a large global FMCG company.
I posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
I have IT Knowledge or experience with SAP, Ariba and SRM (a plus but not required!)
I am enthusiastic about leading in the SAP Central Finance implementation and driving transformation solutions
