About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated junior finance talent to join our Finance Digital Transformation journey as a Project Management Analyst. In this role- you will support the S/4 Hana Central Finance implementation by controlling the spend of a multi-million-dollar investment- managing governance and organization of the project with the leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in Finance- GBS & IT- providing input into project financials- status reporting- actuals allocation and forecasting.   

Responsibilities (Duties that must be performed on a regular basis): 

  • Review Cashflow forecast and capital execution progression 

  • Discuss any additional/unbudgeted expense 

  • Governance support with meetings minutes such as steering committees- decision board-  risk council and Executive Updates 

  • Weekly Project Status Update 

  • Track budget allocation 

  • Maintain CAPEX substitution list (Safe Box) 

  • Review actuals during closing- correcting of confirming allocations 

  • Manage project Zero budget and proper package allocation (i.e. people- travel- institutional- fees) 

  • Understand details of capex and opex postings 

  • Review CAPEX submissions at 4Site approval that they meet SOX requirements 

  • Maintenance of contracts and statement of work with procurement 

  • Facilitate strategic long-term planning and subsequent year’s budget 


  • Graduation in Business- accounting or similar 

  • MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency 

  • Thorough understanding of CAPEX and Opex accounting and policies 

  • Attention to detail! 

  • IT Knowledge is a plus! 

  • Experience in working in a large global FMCG company 

  • Great communicator – written and verbal

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
