Description & Requirements

Purpose

Manage the purchasing process of the company- ensuring a complete traceability of the purchasing orders- lead times- full communication with other Kraft Heinz external affiliates (US- EMEA- AU- NZ- others)- and participating and acting in the KHBM monthly cycle.

The position will have a close interface with the inventory management and will be responsible- together with this area- to ensure no service level disruptions to our customers at the same time reaching out the most efficient cost process to the company.

This position will actively work and report to external stakeholders inside Kraft Heinz management team as well as participate in full sessions of the KHBM global process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all the purchasing cycle for all our active SKUs- together with the purchasing team
  • Maintain appropriate inventory management of the entire order cycle
  • Monitor and constantly optimize supplier’s delivery schedule and products availability
  • Liaise with stakeholder giving visibility to stock availability and delivery
  • Participate in global supply chain projects as a primary contact
  • Plan and execute cost saving initiative of logistics operations
  • Coaching and development of the purchasing team staff in terms of supply and delivery
  • Monitor Service levels- reduce Supply Chain Losses- reduce Working Capital KPIs
  • Monitoring the cost related to re-work and re-pack activities
  • Initiate each project in progress and partner management with stakeholders
  • Manage and educate team staff in continuous improvement journey
  • Be owner of the P&L together with the S&OP manager of the area and take best decisions in terms of costs

  • Business English
  • Experience of working with supply chain in a group context
  • Leadership and team building skill set
  • Experience in managing projects including planning- tracking and budget development
  • Ability to budget management

  • Problem solving ability
  • Advanced Excel skills
