Description & Requirements
Project Scope
- The scope of the Integrated Quality and EHS Management System Update Project will encompass the following areas:
Integration of QMS and EHS:
a. Identify common elements and requirements between the QMS and EHS management systems.
b. Develop a cohesive framework that aligns and integrates QMS and EHS processes, procedures, and documentation.
c. Implement mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration and communication between quality and EHS teams.
d. Enhance data sharing and information management to support integrated decision-making and performance monitoring.
e. Update the Procedures based on the risk level in QMS & EHSMS with implmentation on shopfloor & training of stakholders.
Documentation and Training:
a. Update and standardize documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
b. Develop a comprehensive training plan to educate employees on the integrated system and their roles and responsibilities.
c. Implement a communication strategy to ensure effective dissemination of information and ongoing engagement.
