JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring all products manufactured in the company safe and meet the requirement of quality standard in the term of RM/PM, production process and finish goods.
- Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 system
- Implement QRMP and Golden Rules standard in the factory
- Issuing document control procedures which contain: guideline for developing, distributing and revising the documents; distribution list
- Leading preparation of compliance system audit in order to ensure quality system are implemented as well as monitoring corrective and preventive action after audit
- Ensuring GMP and HACCP is implemented in the factory
- Assisting in handling customer complaint
- Ensuring regulatory compliance by checking and compare product formula with food regulation and quality standard
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or equivalent
- Having more than 5 years of experience in the same field
- Deep knowledge in quality standard regulated by company (QRMP, Golden Rules, HACCP, GMP) and government (Halal, etc)
- Good understanding in production process
- Strong knowledge in quality assurance
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able in influencing others
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
