Description & Requirements

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de crear- modificar y mejorar recetas de alimentos utilizando materias primas y especificaciones nuevas/mejoradas.
  • Crear y evaluar formulas así como el impacto de los cambios realizados en las listas de costos- nutrición- alergenos e ingredientes..
  • Asegurar que las metodologías de investigación y diseño satisfagan las normas establecidas científicas y gubernamentales
  • Realizar la formulación de planes de negocios y presupuestos para el desarrollo de productos
  • Analizar los resultados de pruebas de calidad/seguridad para garantizar cumplimiento de las normas internas y externas
  • Monitorear los resultados de desarrollo de productos para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos técnicos- funcionales- de costos y de calendarización.
  • Responsable de la gestión de procesos de aprobación regulatoria de productos.
  • Desarrollar e implementar nuevos productos- procesos- estándares o planes operativos que tienen impacto en el logro de los resultados funcionales

Competencies (experiences/ Education):

Ingeniería bioquímica- Ingeniería de alimentos- o equivalente.

Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):

  • Conocimiento en: Procesos Alimentarios- Seguridad Alimentaria- Funcionalidad de Ingredientes- Nutrición- Términos Regulatorios/Legales y Leyes Relacionadas con los Alimentos- Evaluación Sensorial de Alimentos- Análisis de Alimentos- Materiales de envasado
  • Capacidades: Excel & Office (Avanzado)- SAP (básico)- Inglés (Intermedio a Avanzado)-
  • Competencias: Autoconductado- Toma de decisiones- resiliente- creativo- dinámico- responsable- facilidad para el aprendizaje- analítico- resolución de problemas.
