Description & Requirements

Objective:

Responsible for overseeing the sub-functions within R&D. May be global or zone-based responsibility.

Key Activities

Manage Hyspanics R&D team in order to drive product&packaging  development Innovation/ Value Engineering/ESG targets (Renovation)- ensuring the best product and packaging design to advance growth- quality objectives and business continuity for Kraft Heinz brands. Be the Hyspanics focus point/ ‘go to’ R&D person on International Zone Team  and for the cross-functional team members to drive excellence through exceptional strategic thinking and technical rigour- cascading the R&D Strategy & best practices outside the region and connecting the team across the globe.

Ensure strong alignment on priorities- visibility of decision making- and agreeing on boundaries for decision making. Be responsible to hire the best talents to the region- ensuring to retain them and to develop their careers.

Skills /Competencies

  • Complete Food Engineer graduation- desirable Post Graduation in Admnistration
  • Fluent in English & Spanish language
  • Minimum 10 years experience in product and process management- across Latam countries
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry /FMCG
