Description & Requirements


Liderar- via POD (Framework Scrum)- os Projetos Regionais para a Latam: Otimizar fluxos de validações de projetos; alinhar- acompanhar e validar os projetos desde o Start até o launch e realizar as atualizações/validações de especificações- cadastros- arte- etc.

Principais atividades:

  • Gerenciar o desenvolvimento de produtos Projetos regionais de P&D (VE packaging)-
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipes multifuncionais- levando a conduzir a execução em vários projetos- mantendo e alcançando cronogramas para garantir velocidade ao mercado.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de P&D- explorando as capacidades de planta piloto e pesquisa
  • Manter a conexão com a Int'l P&D para captar as necessidades dos projetos regionais da Latam e aproveitar tecnologias e aplicações.
  • Interface com a área Mkt- Comercial e Compras
  • Garantir a aplicação correta e o uso de ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos
  • Responsável por liderar e executar projetos regionais- melhorias no desempenho e na Engenharia de valor- de acordo com as necessidades e de acordo com a legislação e diretrizes da empresa da Latam- buscando entregas das metas financeiras
  • Liderar equipes multifuncionais e técnicas.
  • Conexão efetiva com equipes globais para alinhar e buscar oportunidades em projetos de VE.
  • Conhecimento das principais normas regulatórias
  • Participe dos principais fóruns técnicos dos projetos regionais


Bacharel ou Mestrado (Engenharia de Alimentos- Engenharia Química- ou áreas relacionadas)

Conhecimento avançado em inglês e desejável conhecimento em espanhol e experiência na indústria de alimentos e/ou na indústria relacionada Experiência em molhos processo & desenvolvimento de produtos

Diferencial: Ter treinamento Ágil/Scrum.
