We have an extraordinary opportunity for a Revenue Growth Management Analyst - Italy to make a difference at Kraft Heinz!

The RGM function is a strategy team that drives commercial strategy by using available data to make the right commercial trade-offs and drive profitable growth.

As one of the world's largest food and beverage companies- we are proud to fuel happiness around mealtimes with a global portfolio of more than 200 brands. Your role will be to support the execution of our growth ambition and unlock full value potential from our brand portfolio in Italy.

Reporting to the RGM Lead Italy- you will take ownership of:

  • Setting Promotional guidelines
  • Defining base Price positioning through profit maximization analysis
  • Forecasting revenue performance
  • Defining commercial conditions of KHC innovation products
  • Supporting Sales and Finance Planning team controlling Trade spend
  • Guiding Category teams on Price and promo Strategic mid-long term plan
  • Providing support for all RGM projects in Italy - gathering data- assessing market- Kraft Heinz and competition to propose recommendations
  • Building scenarios and evaluate implications of recommended strategies
  • Engaging with senior partners from the relevant different functions (i.e. Marketing- Category Finance)
  • Leading internal projects to provide better visibility and insights on all Revenue Management topics.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • University Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year working experience in RGM function (preferably in the FMCG industry)
  • Ability to partner with the business- provide insights and craft engaging presentations
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience working with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar is an advantage.
  • Professional knowledge of English and Italian Language
