The Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Capabilities and Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving revenue optimization and growth strategies across the globe at Kraft Heinz. The role is part of KHC Global Center of Excellence (GCoE) and reports to the Global Head of RGM. This strategic leadership position will be responsible for developing and implementing the global capabilities roadmap for RGM, including assessing capabilities gaps, establishing routines, providing training, and aligning roadmap and tools development with key stakeholders across different markets and functions. The incumbent will lead efforts to enhance RGM capabilities globally, with a focus on learning & development, processes & routines, digital transformation and IT integration. 

Key Ingredients:

Roadmap Development: Own the development of the global capabilities roadmap for RGM, in alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. 

Gap Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify gaps in RGM capabilities across people, processes, data, and technology on a global scale. 

Routines Implementation: Establish routines and frameworks for ongoing assessment and enhancement of RGM capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. 

Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill employees and build RGM capabilities globally, leveraging both internal resources and external expertise. 

Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, procurement, IT, to align capabilities roadmap and tools development with business needs and objectives. 

Tools Development and Implementation: Partner with IT and digital transformation teams, as well as the RGM Strategy & Insights Team, to develop and implement tools and systems that support RGM capabilities enhancement, including analytics platforms, pricing and promotion optimization tools, and trade promotion management systems. 

Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with RGM capabilities enhancement initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of new capabilities and processes. 

Performance Measurement: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of RGM capabilities enhancement initiatives and track progress over time, providing regular updates to senior leadership. 

Recipe for Success: Apply if this sounds like you!

  • I have a Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a technical discipline or an MBA. 

  • I have worked 4-6 years Tier 1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with exposure to multinational CPGs. Alternatively, 7-10 years of RGM experience with exposure to PPA, processes & tools implementation, and commercial strategy. 

  • I have an understanding of RGM foundations. 

  • I have a proven track record of leading global initiatives and driving organizational change, with experience in digital transformation and IT integration. 

  • I possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions. 

  • I have an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

  • I have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
