Description & Requirements

  • Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities
  • Working with each brand manager (planogram- promotion- merchandizing- communication) for key accounts or special projects
  • In collaboration with central sales team- co-build targeted trade activities models under best-in-class methodology: outlet census- segmentation- Shoppers study- retail value proposition- territory planning- coverage models- program KPI & and execution control.
  • Keep P&L performance of all channel
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets
  • Ensure implementation of Modern Trade/Key Account strategy and achieve maximum Service Level


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in any majors
  • Minimum 5 year experience in a Trade Marketing/retail position.
  • Experience in a relevant industry preferable household goods- fast-moving consumer-goods (FMCG)- retailers
  • Experience analyzing and identifying trends to plan against results
  • P&L mapping- budget control & evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of Target Area
  • Sales & Marketing (trade segmentation- execution standards- retail dynamics- competitive playgrounds- project planning and revenue-costs management).
  • Analytical - ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Channel Strategy / Category Management Skills
  • Multi-site retail operation (Route to Market- in-store activities- channel approach)
  • Project Measurement and Evaluation
  • Strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude)- hands on and pragmatic- independent and proactive.
  • Strong analytical thinking and passionate for results- with abundant passion/curiosity for learning.
