About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Account Manager in our Retail Sales Team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position lies within the Iberia Business Unit and is located in our Madrid Office.

You’ll be working in a successful team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. This position reports into the Channel Manager and focused on handling Indirect Channel of Retail (Makro- Miquel- Covalco- Ayala- Dian). The main responsibility will be the delivery to support Business and profitable growth to drive the business. You’re constantly driving improvement activities within Sales Team in Spain.

In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining relationships and grow sales to regional customer accounts in your perimeter.

  • Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.

  • Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements- pricing- new products & innovation listings- and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.

  • Develop the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.


Hard Skills
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • College Degree or Master Degree- preferably from a Business School

  • 2 – 3 years’ relevant commercial experience in retail channel

  • Ownership attitude- push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role

  • Proficient in English

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills
