About the Position
 

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Key Account Manager (m/f/d) East/MBU to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Regional KAM lies within the Commercial GAS business unit- with its office located in Dusseldorf and is reporting into the National KAM.

The delivery of strategic development of customer relationships (especially MBU) will be your primary responsibility- while constantly looking for improvement activities within the team.
 

In brief- you take ownership of

  • Setting-up and expansion of strong- longterm- and sustainable customer relationships with MBUs (focus on Eastern Germany)
  • Drafting and implementing customer plans based on defined company goals
  • Autonomously preparing and conducting customer meetings
  • Strong collaboration with all functions involved such as Brand marketing- Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Regular touch points and monitoring of results with the manager
     

Qualifications

Hard Skills and Capabilities

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a FMCG company taking care of retailers
  • Excellent understanding of the German retail structure- having worked with REWE or EDEKA as a client before.
  • Strong proficiency in German and English is essential
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Anchorage with East Germany- travel willingness to or living in/close to East Germany (Dresden- Leipzig- Berlin areas)
