The Role and Responsibilities:
- Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site.
- Lead the implementation of the Maintenance methodologies and support the implementation of our Kraft Heinz Management System.
- Assist in improving asset reliability and cost reduction.
- Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary.
- Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs.
- Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required.
- Support the development of the site maintenance planning process.
- Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HND/HNC.
- Relevant working experience in industrial operations.
- Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimisation strategy are desired.
- Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitude.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel.
