The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site.
  • Lead the implementation of the Maintenance methodologies and support the implementation of our Kraft Heinz Management System.
  • Assist in improving asset reliability and cost reduction.
  • Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams, liaising with external service providers when necessary.
  • Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs.
  • Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required.
  • Support the development of the site maintenance planning process.
  • Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or HND/HNC.
  • Relevant working experience in industrial operations.
  • Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance practices, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis and asset care optimisation strategy are desired.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis tools, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Ishikawa and 5W1H.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A forward thinker who demonstrates a ‘can-do’ and ownership attitude.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Computer literate with solid understanding of MS Excel.
