The Rewards Lead is responsible for the design- strategy and execution of Rewards and Benefits portfolio for the Kraft Heinz ANZ business. This includes management of base and variable compensation- superannuation schemes- insured and un-insured benefits- job evaluations- and mobility.
They will work with the Head of Rewards and Performance and HR Business Partners to develop and manage the Total Rewards and Benefits strategy for all functions and support the HRBPs with executing all Total Rewards and Benefits activities.
Position responsibilities:
Design and execute the compensation strategy for Australia and New Zealand alongside the Head of Rewards and Performance.
Partner with HRBPs to support compensation and benefits decisions across ANZ and ensure adherence to Kraft Heinz compensation philosophy.
Lead the annual salary review cycle for ANZ alongside the Head of Rewards and Performance.
Responsible for managing the Sales Incentive Program (SIP)- Business Development Incentive Program (BDIP) including program policy and design- annual review and metric setting- quarterly results and payment processing.
Work with the Head of Rewards and International Zone to liaise on tracking- and execution of the Performance Bonus Plan (PBP) and Kraft Heinz LTI Programs.
Manage all employee benefits and associated external relationships- including insured and un-insured benefits (novated leasing- superannuation- insurance- wellness partnerships- corporate discounts).
Analysis of compensation and benefits data- including excel model building- to drive data-based decision making across the business.
About you:
2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources; Reward and Benefits experience mandatory.
Bachelors degree- preferably in a discipline such as Business- Human Resources or Psychology.
High attention to detail and ability to work to set timeframes in all aspects of work.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Strong excel capability to complete required data analysis and modelling.
Comfortable and confident with facilitating training content to large groups of employees.
Comfortable and confident working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
