Description & Requirements

About the role:

The SAP Master Scheduler will play a crucial role in the technical delivery of the S/4 Hana implementation program. You will responsible for leading the overall project scheduling and tracking- you work closely with the project managers to ensure continual work across all projects meets agreed milestones and is an effective use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing integrated Master Schedules
  • Provide schedule management guidance and support to the Project Managers- including in the development of the work breakdown structure and in identifying intra-program dependencies- schedule risk and issues.
  • You will work collaboratively with the project management team and the PMO Manager to ensure all aspects of the project's multiple timelines are accurately captured- maintained and analysed to ensure on time delivery.
  • Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications- strong stakeholder management and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines will enable you to meet the client's expectations and deliver a first quality service.
  • Working with other senior PMO and Program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.
     

About You

  • Track record of successfully providing Master Scheduling PMO services for multiple large IT programs
  • Proven ability around complex Program Scheduling / Master Scheduling
  • Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors
  • High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success
  •  Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and rolled-up sleeves approach
  • Attention to detail
