Description & Requirements

About the role:

The SAP Technical Lead will play a crucial role in the technical delivery of the S/4 Hana implementation program. The lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the systems solution- including finance- manufacturing- supply chain- procurement and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • S/4HANA design and implementation experience including extensive demonstrable SAP experience including at least 3 full end-to end project lifecycles.
  • Ensuring the operationalization of support for these solution building on the existing project based teams to establish a permanent support capability;
  • Overseeing the technical strategies relative to creation- implementation- and expansion of SAP environments;
  • Providing technical leadership to develop- implement- and monitor consistent architectural standards across the SAP landscape (and other complimentary applications);
  • Management of the team to implement the application environment for delivering SAP's enterprise services architecture and other interrelated technologies;
  • Development of the operational procedures and processes to ensure adequate support of environments;
  • Monitoring work products of team members to ensure standard processes are followed when creating and maintaining solutions documentation for projects- enhancements- and support requests;
  • Providing input to architecture- security- and data standards; ensuring end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards; and
  • Facilitating the relationship with development and functional team leaders; ensuring that the team is providing quality- sustainable- and performance tuned solutions.

About You:

  • SAP HANA certified- SAP Migration certified- Cloud infrastructure technology certification such as Azure or AWS
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Basis technologies
  • Configuring- monitoring- tuning and troubleshooting SAP environments
  • SAP installations on cloud infrastructure
  • SAP database migrations- system conversions- patching and upgrades
