About the position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Controlling Lead to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role of Sales Controlling Lead lies within the GAS unit (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) located in Düsseldorf, Germany. You’ll be reporting directly into the CFO GAS and you are responsible for coordinating strategic planning and performance measurement within an organization and ensuring that goals are met and processes are optimized.

Main responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial analyses and tracking of annual negotiations and promotion deals
  • Control and optimization of all customer discounts and allowances
  • Ensuring the financial viability of all customer related initiatives
  • Analyzing monthly performance of customers and validating sales forecasts
  • Preparation of monthly forecasts
  • Support top-line budget plans at the customer level
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc presentations for the business unit lead
  • Development and calculation of project related business cases in collaboration with the sales teams
  • Professional and disciplinary management of a team of five employees

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and performance management, preferably in the FMCG industry or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, draw meaningful insights, and present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, optimizing financial performance, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience, with proven ability to lead and develop a hard-working team
