Description & Requirements

The primary responsibility of the Sales Operations Analyst is the administration of security access to all sales applications including; REVEAL-TPM- HTP- SPARK- SAP Price List/Product Catalog- Customer P&L. This role will also support the Sales Security Manager to complete user requests in multiple functions across the organization - HQ Retail Sales- Retail Field Sales- Sales Finance- BU Planning- BU Finance- BU Marketing- HQ Foodservice- Foodservice Sales- Foodservice Finance- Agency/Broker Partners- Genpact- Internal Controls- External Auditors- STC IT- SAP Security. This position with also assist in the preparation of audit documentation of sales security roles and sales applications.  

Along with the sales security responsibilities- this position will handle budget/finance support- international travel and meeting management- project coordination and management- and communication support for a multi-location team that will evolve and increase in time.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support sales by enabling access to systems functionality for daily operations
  • Monitor iRequest queue and administer security access requests for sales applications
  • Complete appropriate sales role assignment within established Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Ensure internal controls and separation of duty audit compliance standards are adhered
  • Builds file structures to enable rapid access to project details for top executives from anywhere in the world using cloud technology or similar tools.
  • Manages complex global calendars- key events- travel planning including visa management and communications.
  • Manages meeting logistics for events such as leadership meetings- internal company meetings and conference calls- and external meetings using video- audio and web software for global accessibility.
  • Manages travel - book domestic/international air- hotel and car reservations- logistics/venues and creates detailed itineraries.
  • Ensures expense reports and purchase orders are completed accurately- within budget limits and approved in the system.
  • Maintains the company’s positive image through all forms of internal and external interaction – in writing- on the phone- and in person.
  • Manages complex projects- requiring inputs from multiple sources- ensuring the timely completion of work at a very high standard of quality.
  • Increases the efficiency of the executives through management of both professional and personal matters.
  • Understanding of the sales organization- customers- and products to determine the proper sales role assignments for various functions that utilize sales applications



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0 – 2 years of related work experience
  • Solid written / oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate with many different levels of company management and drive communication efficiencies through smart phones or tablet technology
  • Extensive analytical skillset and technical ability


  • Bachelors degree preferably in a business-related field
  • Previous experience in the CPG industry
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment requiring organization- efficiency- and attention to detail while working with senior executives to navigate a packed meeting and travel schedule
  • Developed technical skills across the full Microsoft Office portfolio (Word- PowerPoint- Excel). Other tools such as SAP- SharePoint- database software- Visio- OneNote strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service ability and a high level of professional integrity
