Sales & Operations Intern: Roskilde- Denmark
Immediate Start
Duration: 6 months (25 hours a week alongside your studies)
Allowance: 1500 USD (approx. 10-500DKK)/Month

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an ambitious Sales & Operations intern to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Internship role is up to a 12-month fixed term contract and lies within our Nordics business unit. You will be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting into Senior Key Account Manager- Denmark. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Primary responsibility will be to support the Danish Retail Sales team- your tasks will include:

  • Daily customer support for selected customers.
  • Managing and entering customer promotion plans into CRM system.
  • Secure forecasting in close collaboration with demand planning- and tracking performance against forecast.
  • Securing promotional campaign accruals and invoices are correct in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Handle and analyze sales data to bring recommendations for commercial growth aligned with Nordics strategy.
  • Project management with marketing including new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Ongoing improvement of existing processes and ways of working.
  • Be ready to handle hands-on and ad-hoc activities.

Qualifications

  • Preferably on final year of business/economics master program or recently graduated
  • Great knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English- Danish language skills are a plus
